Somewhere in fall, there is a final leaf falling slowly to the ground. The days are getting shorter and the air is crisp. It’s time for the children to go back to school.

Somewhere in fall, the birds have flown south. The countryside becomes quiet, the animals snuggle down in their dens.

Somewhere in fall, life begins to change, enveloped in a cocoon waiting for spring.

Somewhere in fall, I look to the sky and pray. I pray for strength to endure the coming winter. I pray for guidance as well.

Somewhere in fall, God listens to every heart, catches every tear and surrounds us in His grace.

Somewhere in fall, peace.
